The First Projection Mapping (Atlas) in Afghanistan


The first projection mapping show in Afghanistan by Oxygen Film Studio, In Cooperation with German co-operation,Zentraler Friedensdienst (ZFD), Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Taswir Projects and Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (IFA).

This show was held in the honor of 2017th peace international day at Queen palace, Kabul Afghanistan with the appreciation of above hundred people participants.

With Texts and Poetry Assembled by Huma Sherzai, A.S. Bruckstein Çoruh, Raha Rastifard, and Molka Haj Salem

Overall Concept: A.S. Bruckstein Çoruh/taswir projects inspired by the Atlas of Poetry for the 4th International Çanakkale Biennial assembled by A.S. Bruckstein Çoruh developed in a text and light installation by Eva Beierheimer & Miriam Laussegger 

The Kabul Atlas of Poetry / Projection Mapping is a Light and Letter Installation of Poetry in Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and English assembled by Huma Sherzai and Edris Azizi together with Taswir projects, produced by Oxygen Film Studio.

The overall concept is based upon the Atlas of Poetry “Shadow speak you too” @ The 4th International Çanakkale Biennial realized by the artist duo Eva Beierheimer & Miriam Laussegger together with A.S. Bruckstein Çoruh.

With fragments of poetry and prose by Maya Angelou, Khushal Khan Khattak, Rahman Baba, Ahmad shah Baba, Sinan Antoon, Ibn Arabi, Saiqa Haris, Sveto Muhammad Ishoq, Faroukh Faroukhzad, Narmin Sarwari, Muhammad Naim Rahim, Ahmed Jahid Sakhi, Shahnaz, a.o….
